The Solutioning and Delivery Head oversees the end-to-end process of solution
development, delivery, and implementation to meet client requirements and ensure
successful project outcomes. This role involves working with functional team of
solution architects, project manager to design and deliver innovative solutions that
address client needs.
Responsibilities
Implementation of solution/ software at the client organization within the
agreed timelines
Coordinate with stakeholders in both own and client organization to address or
remove any roadblocks towards implementation
Hand holding client to ensure successful UAT at the client organization
Training Client organization employees for successful execution of client's
process on our software/ solution
Handhold the client in the initial phase till client's process gets stabilized on our
software/ solution and then handover to the support team.
Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining
project scope, milestones, and timelines.
Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including
allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays
on track.
Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing
contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients,
and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about
the progress of the delivery.
Tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the
delivery on track.
Providing guidance and mentor ship to team members to ensure that
they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and
expectations.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as: Delivery/ Execution/ Solution Implementation team of
a B2B software product company OR Project Manager leading execution of
projects in a timely manner (in any industry)
Profiles with entrepreneurial experience will be given preference. In
entrepreneurial experience, there can be 4 kinds of entrepreneurs. One who
were leading sales for their start up, one who were leading operations for their
start up, one who were leading technology for their start up and one who were
leading finance for their start up. For profiles with entrepreneurial experience,
point number 1 is not mandatory. That is, their industry and type of experience
in jobs doesn't matter.
This role need to be working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, IT Teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate
complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a client-facing role, with a focus on building and
maintaining client relationships.
