Responsibilities
Ownership of targets.
Ensure productivity of the sales.
Support the RTL in achieving the targets.
Monitor and achieve targets.
Identify and pass leads to TSA for potential buyers in their respective regions.
Plan forward on both supply and demand necessary to achieve targets.
Report on a quarterly, monthly, and daily basis progress against targets.
Build and nurture relationships with key buyers in their regions.
Work with the broader team to resolve buyer complaints.
Encourage buyers to bid on the platform.
Educate and sell the Blubirch value proposition to buyers.
Should be able to function as individual contributor.
Must haves (Skills)
Experience in b2b field / direct sales in laptop, phone, consumer electronics, fashion, heavy
& bulk electronics, large and small appliances, kitchen appliances will be an added advantage.
Should have good networks of buyers in the market.
Should be an active listener and a confident business acumen.
Ability to work with various stakeholders.
Excellent team player with the ability to build sustain teams.
Qualifications
3-6 Years of experience in b2b field sales /channel sales/distribution sales / dealer sales
from any of our product category listings.
Good communicator,presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
Good to have / Competitive Edge
10+2 / Graduate with 3-6 Years of experience in relevant industry.
Good analytical skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
