The role objective of a customer activation specialist is to effectively promote
and sell products or services over the phone, generating revenue and
achieving sales targets. This involves prospecting and qualifying leads,
engaging with potential buyers, addressing their needs and objections, and
ultimately closing sales.
Responsibilities
Candidate should call existing buyers who have registered themselves on our
platform.
Candidate should explain all the products and services offer by our Company to
Buyers.
Candidate is required to convert registered buyers into active buyers.
Candidate should possess strong communication skills.
Candidate has to generate demand of products listed on our platform.
Must haves (Skills)
2+ years experience in telesales and in outbound calling.
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written.
Should be able to speak English, Hindi.
Excellent Convincing skills.
Must handled any CRM Tool previously.
Qualifications
High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
Additional languages may be advantageous in diverse markets.
